Can't get my money back .
Got from seller fake coat , description was wrong, instead of authentic French item I got coat made in China,and seller regect take it back,and mostly sad eBay don't want support me Easter,they guarantee that they protect buyers,but they close case and even don't respond me.

OP2 years agoAnd I sent again today message to seller to tell her that I want return this item because it doesn't match discrimination,like you told me,let wait and see what she is goin respond now.

·2 years agoWhat reason did you select for the reason for the return?
If they closed the case, you either didn't open a MBG case or you let the case time out.

If it's the coat that sold on March 13, you have time to open a Return request. The seller may advertise "No Returns"... and that does NOT matter in this scenario. Yes, you have the Money Back Guarantee, and yes, you are protected.
Find the order in your Purchase History and press the big, blue 'Return this item' button. When you're asked for the reason for the request, cite 'Doesn't match description/photos', Confirm and Submit.
You might get a return shipping label, you might get a refund without a return. If you have no label after 3 days, escalate your claim (through the case) to eBay.
The MBG is iron-clad for buyers when used properly. You'll be made whole.

·2 years agoApparently, you've not explored eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
Here's how it works: If you receive an item that is not as described, you have 30 days after receipt, to open an item not as described case.
You go to that item in your Purchase History and click on want to return it. For the reason, you say it's not as described. After you open the case you await a response from the seller. He's supposed to send you a prepaid return shipping label and to refund you when he gets it back.
It seems you may have skipped a step somewhere.
Care to return and tell us exactly what happened together with dates?

OP2 years agoI sent message to Byers right the way ,on March 18th but she regect to get item back,I start work with eBay agent did everything what they told me to do, submit complaint and explain why I need return this item but unfortunately you guys just close case,sad me that I need talk to buyer and find compromise with her.
Than you stop replay me at all just close case.
