Cant get any help on this

I bought a presto digital counter for $290 in February and I opened it up today to use it I was going to can vegetables and it doesn't work I tried to contact the seller but she didn't answer and I went to speak with the real person instead of AI because it only shows the last three purchases and this was before that I'll give you the link here. The AI cant fond it on my purchases. Here it is. I cant get any help on a return

·Sep 12, 2026 at 4:39 PMeBay only covers you for 30 days from delivery. If you paid by credit card, some cover you for a year. Others six months. That is why buyers should inspect merchandise when it's delivered.

·Sep 12, 2026 at 5:19 PMI buy dvd's, some in multi-disc sets. I can do a visual inspection for scratches etc., but there is no way I can watch 7 seasons of a series in 30 days ... I have to sleep and do other things in the same period. I rely on trusting the sellers I deal with and I have only been burned once with counterfeits ... eBay made me whole on that one.

You should be able to find it in your purchase history, but you will probably have to change the default time interval being shown.

The full listing page is gone because it ended more than 90 days ago, and you can't file a dispute on it because it is too long ago. As others have said, you had 30 days after you received it to inspect it and file a claim. After that, eBay can't help you with this.

Contact your payment source and see if they can do anything.

ebay cannot help you at this point.
