Can't generate or print a return shipping label
eBay sent me a link to print a return shipping label.
When I try to print it I get this message:

I took this info to the post office and the postmaster said that he cannot print this label or use that tracking number to make a label.
I cannot find a way to contact eBay about this issue.
I contacted the seller and he just told me to inform eBay about the problem.
So much for eBay's customer service, when you can't get help when needed.

·3 years agoIf you want to communicate with a eBay Customer Service rep that actually works for eBay, contact them thru Facebook messages. They can sort this out for you.
