Cannot complete return request

Tried filling a return request for an item that does not work. Filled text and added 0.3mb photo and clicked continue button but nothing happens. Tried repeatedly. Common problem according to google. Another unnecessary waste of my time. Thanks ebay

SOLVED-

1) At least (2) two lines of "additional comments".

2) Each line must end with punctuation marks!!

At least 1 photo required.

-And then he ran down the street naked yelling "EUREKA!"

Problem solved itself. There doesn't seem to be an answer other than try again later so for anyone on this thread trying to solve the same problem don't waste your time. Just walk away and when you return ebays site may be able to accommodate you.

When did you receive the item?

Have you read the MBG?

You are in the UK.

This is the US .com boards.

Could you be trying to do a return from the US site?

Maybe try logging out and logging in on the UK site.
