canadian sellers
if a canadian seller cannot get a return label from ebay on a damaged in shipping case but agrees to compensate the seller if the seller buys the label and sends it back does the buyer have to get label and send it back. will the buyer lose his refund if he does not

·6 months agoWhen you cross international borders, return shipping becomes difficult. Labels generally become very difficult but not impossible. ebay does have a policy where the seller pays return shipping on damaged returns. That would take the form of paypal funds to the buyer. As a seller, I would require dimensions, weight, service & the carrier the buyer is looking to ship with. That way, I can also go & verify the freight for realism value.

·6 months agoThe buyer is not required to spend even a penny to return a damaged item unless he/she agrees to. You can buy a label on another site, download it as a PDF and send it to the buyer, or you can refund without return.
