Can seller initiate a return request ?

Hi. I have a buyer who has requested a return & refund via message. I am agreeable, but can not figure out how I can start the process to send him a pre-paid label. Can a seller initiate a refund? I messaged him instructions on how a buyer can initiate a refund, but just got another message asking for a return & refund.

Depending on the value of the item I wouldn't keep contacting them.

If they can't figure out how to return an item...leave it alone.

You can create a return label on pirateship and send via messages and then use the refund option on order details.

This can help avoid official return against your return metrics.

The buyer needs to open a case. Tell him to go to his transaction and use the drop down menu to return this item for whatever reason? Not as described, missing pieces?
