camera sd card refund does not fit
Hello all i sold a cfexpress type b card and the buyer bought it for his camera and then returned it for does not fit but i messaged him and told me his camera and the card does fit his camera but its to slow for his needs so he's returning it. What are my options?

·4 months agoYou accept returns, so accept the return and provide a shipping label.
Who pays return shipping depends on the reason the buyer selects for the return.

·4 months agoAdvise him to send it back and refund less shipping when you receive it back.
If he files a not as described case, you will be refunding in full and paying the return shipping if you want it back. So, you want to avoid that.
