·2 years agoThere is no requirement to provide any kind of proof before a return. Over fifteen years ago buyers were required to get a letter on letterhead from an expert on the item that it was not as described. In many cases a buyer could not find such a person.
So today it's If a buyer says SNAD, the seller is gonna be sad.

·2 years agoThere is absolutely no eBay requirement that a buyer prove their claim when/if an item not as described case is opened. They aren't even required to contact the seller first.
