Buyers submitting return request .

Most orders that I have processed for shipping never arrived. I know that many orders wouldn't be delivered. My question is could the supplier be ordered to change the estimated delivery time ? I think ebay is messing up new sellers and then holding the sellers responsible when drop shippers don't ship the product. I think ebay is guilty of having the suppliers to ship packages out later than the estimated date than what the seller sees when processing the order.

Sellers ARE responsible for what the drop shipper does not do.

YOU (the seller) ARE the drop shipper.

YOU are the one who hires the supplier. Your supplier is working for you. Ebay is not part of your deal between you and the supplier. You supply the shipping information on your listing. Not ebay.

Then you will be dealing with INR cases and refunding your buyers. Not return requests, buyers can't return something they never received.

I wouldn't know you would have to ask the supplier you buy your product from.

eBay didn't mess anything up why would a website do that?
You did by assuming the "supplier" would send out the items you bought in your buyers name.
Sellers are always responsible for getting the item a buyer bought to them up to delivery.

Highly doubtful . How would eBay even know who you use as a "supplier"?
The only one to blame is you... sorry but it is what it is.
