We've been selling on here for a long time. I'm not sure why we have had 2 buyers very recently keep the merchandise we sent and start a return, but the clincher is one sent back a face mask and the other one sent back some balloons. We had to accept the returns and pay the shipping since both times they claimed defective merchandise. Is this something new going in. Any other sellers suddenly getting fraudulent returns?eBay had a way to turn the returns into cases, and they settled one in our favor already, so we are only out the return shipping label. The other case is pending but I'm hoping for an adequate resolution to that one too. We try to keep our prices low but since we are retired, we don't sell too many items, so I hope this is not a sign of things to come.
