Hi there, I have a buyer who wants to return the product when I said there are no returns. I shipped the product to New Castle, Delaware and when I was communicating with the seller, they said they are located in Tbilisi, Georgia which I think has voided their Money Back Guarantee as they used a Freight Forwarder. How can I take action to avoid/prevent a return in this case?
