Buyer says label is wrong & wants refund
Hi,
I do not accept returns. I sold a bra and the buyer is saying that even though the label on the bra’s tag matches the size I posted, it does not fit her. And that she measured it and it is smaller than the label says.
She submitted the return as item was not as described… Do I have to issue a refund? This bra was purchased from the manufacturer; it was not listed as having any defects. I sent her exactly what I said I would…
This is the first return request I’ve had.
thx for any advice!!

Sellers have to accept returns filed as NAD if they want the item back before issuing a refund.
They don't have to accept remorse returns.
Since @layawaytiara 's buyer claimed the item was NAD (whether true or not), the seller must accept the return.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee trumps all "no returns" claims.
If you dispute the return, eBay will automatically side with the buyer, who is then allowed to keep the item, plus the buyer gets a refund -- from YOUR account.
Plus you get a defect against your account. Rack up enough defects, and eBay will suspend your selling privileges -- maybe permanently.
Just accept the return, and refund the buyer when you receive your item back.
This happens often with clothing, so you might need to get used to it.

·3 years agoThe buyer will win a NAD claim. Happens to m often with clothing I had a woman just claimed shoes were not the size stated. I returned all monies and she still left me negative feedback which Ebay refused to remove

·3 years agoIf you want it returned before refunding, you need to accept the return and provide a shipping label.
