Buyer returned an empty bag
Sold a buyer a 15lb roll of packing tape, they opened a return and sent me back an empty mailer. The buyer created an account just prior to the transaction. I immediately took picture and sent to buyer asking if he meant to send me back an empty bag. No reply. Buyer asked ebay to step in and ebay ruled in favor. So I appealed. (Mind you I have been selling on ebay for over 19 years) I was asked to sign an affidavit, which I did and uploaded. Next thing the appeal has been denied because ebay didn't receive my affidavit. Which is not true. So I called ebay and they said reupload it. So I did and now the backend team doesnt want to hear anything they just keep saying I didn't upload affidavit in time-frame, but I did! Any recommendations?
