Buyer return with switched stones.
I sold the Moissanite stone lot
7 small round cuts and 2 big cushion cuts 9mm and 8 mm cushion cuts among those lot.
both Cushion cuts are light yellow color not white and pass diamond tester.
buyer return 2 weeks later and 8mm cushion cut she send back with others are NOT Moissanite..it’s cz.
my cushion cut Moissanite is light yellow color and she send back with cz super white stone.
I know and I can tell right away from cz to Moissanite and it test as cz too.
this really sucks.
why so many buyers do this? Ebay do anything? Ebay is always on buyers side sad.

Yes, eBay is very buyer-centric. With that in mind, it's up to you to decide if it's worth it to sell your things here. Dang...

yes it is very hard on ebay for sellers.
I had many returns lately and buyers buy gold items too and switch stones and send it back and or say it’s fake and try to get partial refunds without send it back or they threatened with negative feedbacks.
I lost quiet a bit money due to shipping fees and ebay make me eat both way shipping cost.
so unfair and ebay do nothing when buyer switch items.
other times they send empty box with one sock in it….ebay force me to refund anyway and told me to report to police for fraud …if I don’t refund, and other few times buyer did a chargeback on their CC and get money and kept the item and I ask PayPal and eBay and they didn’t do nothing.
sad this world is full of scammers.
