How long does the buyer have to open a return to sender case? The buyer receives the item and waits 13 days from the date of delivery and then wants to return the the item.
The item he claims was damaged. He showed me the damage of a inner box, but not the actual toy. I asked to see the picture of the toy twice. He got nasty with me in our conversations. He never sends another picture of the item itself. Somehow Ebay sides with him. I'm appealing their decision.

·3 years agoOn Ebay, the buyer has 30 days to start a return and 180 days with Pay Pal.
If the inner box was damaged but the toy isn't, it's enough to file for a return.
