buyer lies about return
Sold a jacket with item listing saying no returns. Buyer loved the jacket and told me how noce it was but it was too large. (Listing said size 40). He wanted to return and I said no. He contacted EBAY and they automatically opened a return (without asking me or getting proof about why) Buyer said description did not match yet I have an email from him saying it was perfect just too large. I am now stuck with a return and refund, paying shipping and losing all my listing fees ($150). I guess I just assumed guilty. What can I do???

·2 years agoIt was the buyer's responsibility to pay the return shipping and you should only have to refund the purchase price.
The original shipping should not be refunded.
Report the Buyer because he misused the return policy. Saying the item was not as described was a ploy to make you have to pay all the shipping costs.
