You just cant win on this site, it seems. I sell a jacket with flaws. Listening shows the item's flaws and describes the flaws. Buyer buys jacket. Buyer opens up a return with "arrived damaged" as the reason with literal photos of the SAME FLAWS photo's in the listing! How can anyone sell on this site with buyers that can blatantly be this careless? With no shame whatsoever? You go through all of this work to be transparent, just to have someone mindlessly ordering stuff without reading the descriptions. Have you go through the effort of shipping, and then have them treat ordering it as a way to get a closer look at the item on the seller's dime? It is insanely demoralizing.
