Buyer bought "As-is non functional item" and wants to return it for not functioning | Returns

Do I have any option other than having to accept the return? This is for a laptop with a broken screen and does not POST (Power on self test). My return policy is no returns, item is listed as "For parts or repair", not "Used". It is stated multiple times to be non-functional, AS-IS, and for parts or repair. Buyer's only comment was "item is not repairable , key components are broken" and has not responded to any messages.
