Did you approve the return, providing the buyer a return shipping label? If so, be patient... buyers have a long return window.

·2 years agoDon't understand what your point is with that. Will only lend to confuse the OP.
That seller return policy, as we all know applies to "remorse returns".
Many a seller with "no returns accepted" has gotten returns from a buyer.

These Boards are composed of fellow eBayers who volunteer their time to help others when they can.
Just posting a case # means absolutely nothing to us.

Are you saying your buyer didn't return something? Well if they don't return the item the case will close you won't be required to refund.
