When I bought an X870 plus motherboard from someone it looked in good condition and I checked and didn't see anything saying it was busted at all on the listing. I bought it February 23 2026. The seller says no returns, and I paid using PayPal.
When I got it I left it in its box because I was dealing with moving and ddnt have the luxury to use it until today. The listing still says in has tracking available and hasn't been delivered yet which is odd because it did get delivered back in March.
When I went to go put other PC parts together with it I realized it was completely busted in multiple places. The CPU socket has bent and missing pin and other areas are missing pins as well. The eBay money back guarantee is over, I don't think I can't ask the seller for a refund since it says no returns. It's almost midnight as of writing this so I can't call PayPal support. Does anyone have any suggestions I can do to even get a partial refund or am I just gonna have to cope with $150 down the toilet?
