I bought two things, they were promptly shipped from Australia to the US. USPS attempted delivery once, I was not home. They left the paperwork on the door, I scheduled redelivery on the website, but they never redelivered. Now the packages are being returned to Australia. Yes, I know I should have gone to the post office. No, I didn't. I was busy working. I thought they would deliver the packages. I put in for a return on eBay but they won't accept the old tracking number, which shows it being returned to sender, and I don't have any new tracking numbers. Help!
