Being hung out to dry
To Whom Is May Concern,
My order (Computer power supply) was suppose to arrive on Monday the 8 of April. It did not arrive until just now. 3 days later. It was shipped to another county before it got it me. I had to buy a power supply locally to satisfy my customer with their computer. I don't need the power supply at this point. I tried to return it and now I'm being asked to pay abour $15 for shipping for shipping. I should not be punished for not receiving a product on-time.
The way Ebay sets up automated refund system, puts me at a disavantage, not allowing to explain what happened. It seems that they should consider changing their system. What it feels like, now that we've gotten your money and things don't workout, just deal with it. To make matters sting even more, I reached out to the seller and explained what happened and they told me to speak with Ebay. I see how that's working out for me.
I've been a buyer on Ebay for years and this experience has left me not trusting to buy expensive items here anymore like I've have in the past. Their system does not allow for just resultion from where I stand.

·2 years agoIf you're counting on eBay items to show up in time so you can use them for your other business needs; you might want to reconsider that. It's not a good idea to rely on anything that's being shipped at all if you can avoid it, and always buy things from a brick & mortar location for your business.

·2 years agoIf you could of purchased this power supply locally, why would you order it online?
Online has its perks (lower prices typically), and most folks understand that shipping can be delayed due to many variables that can not be controlled. (weather, holidays, war, ect.)
Maybe it would be a good idea to keep this one as back stock (part for future customer) so you don't have the same issue as before.

If so everything is working as it should. Were it not, you might have had recourse via an item not received claim.

·2 years ago"I dont need it" is a remorse return, and you, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping. And if the seller has 'no returns' on his listing, which refers to remorse returns, he doesnt have to accept it back at all.The seller is not responsible for the three days late delivery, and all delivery dates are just estimated dates.

·2 years agoAs has been stated on these boards many times, if you need something important by a certain date, you're better off buying it locally. This is especially true in a business situation. USPS is having multiple service issues right now, and 3 days late on delivery is not at all uncommon.
