Awaiting proof of a refund
on the 11th of April '26, I purchased a pair of bathroom wash basin taps from a seller only-plumbing and they promptly arrived on the 15th April '26, however, the taps were found to be too small . I contacted the seller for return notice and received the full return address. On the 18th April '26 I posted the taps back to the seller.
Unfortunately the seller has not confirmed evidence of my refund.

·5 months agoSo you basically bypassed the return process which you were suppose to file an "item not described" case and print out a label to return for refund and instead elected to have the item return directly to the seller correct? Unfortunately you are at the mercy of the seller which then you must contact your seller again to issue a refund. Now if you sent it without case and the seller doesn't refund you then you must go to your payment source.
