i order a shoe a month ago and i never receive the order so ebay resolved the problem and msg me that my refund is on 2 to 3 business day. but the problem is i don't know how to contact Ebay to tell them that my credit card i used was canceled a week ago because i lost it, so i don't know how to ask to receive money on my new card or maybe paypal (sorry my english,)
