Man, how long do appeals take? Anxious to know the result of my appeal. Bought a versace shirt from seller. Listed on description as embroidered. Went to authentication. Came back from authentication, yet the shirt is glued on the logo and not embroidered. Super **bleep**! Got the automatic deny first because it passed authentication, but that is not my argument. It is a pasted/glued on logo instead of embroidered. Versace does 2 versions.
Asked twice to submit info and pictures and today got an automated email stating we have received your appeal. Should be black and white as Not Item as Described... Yet the curve ball is it passed authentication. TIA
