@dilli729 You need to go to the order and ask the seller to cancel. Select, "Ordered By Mistake."
Sellers are under no obligation to cancel orders. When you hit buy, you are committed to follow through with the purchase. If you had to pay immediately then the seller may still send you order since they do not have to cancel. If you have not paid, obviously there is no refund that will be issued but you'll get an unpaid item strike on your account for non-payment if the seller does not cancel the order.
