We cannot see your account or orders, since the responders on this board don't work for eBay. If you'll tell us what's going on that would entitle you to a refund, though, we should be able to provide advice!
i never ever going to buy on ebay it hard to communicate with a live agent and i do not know how to get my money back is any way i can call y a live customer service

If you can explain what your issue is, we can give you some advice/suggestions on how to best resolve it.
