You need to open a ‘Return request’ from your Purchase History … choosing ‘Item doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the request.
If the seller doesn’t provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days … then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest.
EDITED TO ADD:
I noticed that you’re in Sweden. If you purchased the item from another country … the seller will NOT be able to provide a shipping label. They will have to send you the money for shipping BEFORE you purchase the label.

You also need to read the Money Back Guarantee which explains clearly how you are protected if/when an eBay transaction goes wrong.
