OP3 years agoSomethings sold are fragile or only have full value when not used! allowing a buyer a 7 after receiving. to question is not fair

·3 years agoOn Ebay, the buyer has 30 days to file for a refund.
If they paid through Pay Pal, they have 180 days and some credit cards are even longer.

·3 years agoIt's something you agreed to when you started selling. Ebay will hold funds for up to 30 days for new sellers for exactly the reason you mentioned.
