“Free return†not actually though
This seller is playing the waiting game and keeps offering to reimburse shipping costs through PayPal but will not send a shipping label or shipping costs up front and I can’t see an option to contact eBay directly. They keep saying send PayPal info and I do then they say they need different info I need this store set straight and I need my money for return shipping and the money for the product back because it was absolutely trash

If it is, you need to report them for dropshipping from Amazon.

·8 months agoHave you opened a Return request? If you do, you'll either receive a return shipping label (on the seller's dime) or a refund. If you have neither after 3 days, return to the claim and have eBay step in. You'll be made whole. And it's automated. 😊
