Your selling privileges are restricted because we?e noticed your account activity is a risk to our community.
Restriction reason: High risk selling. This means: - Your selling privileges are restricted. - You won? be able to create new listings or revise any live listings on our site. - Your payouts have been on hold.
I've been informed my Selling privileges have been restricted and I have not been instructed on what to do further to reinstate nor have I been told how long the restriction may last for. I have 100% Customer positive Feedback and no payments to make. Is there any solution to this? Is the restriction temporary and for how long?

Once again I have no payments/refunds to cover nor do I have any negative feedback.

·2 years agoYou are breaking Roblox rules first of all. Roblox specifically states you can't sell Roblox items for cash on eBay. You can only sell them for Robux and convert them to cash on the Roblox platform.
The Dangers of Black Market Item Trading
While selling items for Robux is perfectly legal and encouraged, trading items for real currency outside Roblox is strictly prohibited. This includes transactions on eBay, social media, and third-party marketplace sites.
Play By The Rules to Avoid Bans
Make sure to thoroughly read and understand all Roblox rules, policies and terms before selling items. Key guidelines:
No real money – Never advertise, solicit, or accept monetary payments external to Roblox.
No adult content – Items must be child-friendly with no excessive violence or sexual themes. Tread carefully.
No copied assets – Use only original creations or assets with approved licenses to avoid DMCA issues.
No scamming – False product claims or intentionally misleading customers is forbidden.
No bots/scripts – Automating purchases or applying unfair advantages will prompt an investigation.
Stay in clear compliance with all platform terms to keep your account in good standing. User reports could also trigger moderation action, so respond professionally to disputes and avoid shady practices.

OP2 years agoThats not what triggered the restriction. After reviewing my messages I believe the cause of the restriction was due to the fact I told someone I was selling a product for a cheaper price elsewhere (because he said the price is too high) and I believe that's what caused the restriction. If you believe it's due to Roblox then I sha'll welcome you to the 500+ additional sellers of Roblox on Ebay.
First time ever receiving a restriction and was not instructed what to do next and whom to contact nor was I told how long will this restriction last for. It's been over a month and my payments are still on hold.
I am 100% sure Roblox was not the cause of the restriction considering how many of Roblox sellers we have in the market place.

·2 years agoAahhhh... taking the sale off eBay.... probably permanent suspension. EBay doesn't like that, and it's eBay's sandbox, so they make the rules.
