Wrong link help

Summary: ll-41557 had a problem with a purchased coffee machine's auction link redirecting to a different item from another seller. Despite attempting to resolve the issue by logging in and out and using different devices, the link still showed the wrong item. kensgiftshop and eburtonlab offered diagnostic suggestions, such as checking for the original listing link or using the item number. stainlessenginecovers explained this might occur when an item is sold and redirected to an available one. Eventually, ll-41557 found the correct listing using an iPad, although the issue persisted on their phone.

Hello,

I won an auction for a coffee machine brand new in box, I paid for it and went through no problem but now when I click on the link for it through my purchase history it is bringing up a 2nd hand machine from a completely different seller that's still for sale.

I never looked at this sellers item in the first place so not sure whats happening.

Ive logged out and then back in and also tried to click the link using a desktop site link but still sending me to this completely different seller.

Not sure whats going on. Has anyone had this issue or any ideas how to view my item ?

Its now taking me to correct listing using my ipad but still incorrect listing via my phone.

As long as I can see it one way or the other.

Since that one is sold, it takes you to another one that is available. It is NOT trying to represent what you purchased. Are you looking at it through your 'My Ebay' and then under 'purchases'??

Can you share the item number of the original purchase? If you hover your cursor over the title in your Purchase History, you may be able to see the item number, even if following the link redirects to another page with another item number.

With the item number there are a few tricks that can be tried, but it is easier to quickly check them rather than to explain them all, since most may not work for various reasons.
