won't let me send an invoice
I have used eBay for years and sent hundreds of invoices but this last couple of weeks when I try to send a combined invoice to someone who won multiple auctions I keep getting this message - Something went wrong. Please try again later.

I am a relatively new seller trying to figure out how to send invoices through eBay. I have sold quite a few items and I have offered combined shipping in my settings… When I Google how to send an invoice with new discounted shipping, it says go to orders and then in the drop-down actions menu select send an invoice… However, there isn’t an action that even gives me that option… I’m super confused.

·3 years agoYou are positive that they didn’t pay when they clicked on buy it now? It’s been ages since I’ve sent an invoice and don’t have any unpaid items to check for it myself but it is there somewhere. Are you clicking on the order next to one of the items in sellers hub / all orders or orders awaiting payment? Look to see if the send invoice option is showing on either one of those.
