Windows Edge 127.0

I have gotten several messages from ebay saying that someone signed into my account using Windows Edge 127.0 and show location in another state. Each time I change my password I get another message saying the same thing. Any ideas appreciated

I'll get those messages once in awhile when my Internet is having problems and they have to reroute from another location.

Are you using a VPN or a hotspot? Either of those can affect the apparent location that eBay sees.
