Why Are My eBay Listings Not Appearing Live?

·2 weeks agoSeeing this issue too just now. Did a few listings in a row and only one didn't show up and now the next "Sell Similar" ones didn't show.

I'm having the same issue you're all having, but I have some good news !
I made roughly 60 listings over the last 3 hours and only 7 were showing up. 30 minutes after I noticed my listings did not exist, my active listings are starting to show up little by little.
If I were you, I would wait it out and not create any duplicate listings. Hope it's same for y'all!

·2 weeks agoMy update: my listings that were ended are coming back to the inactive files as of this moment.
The listings I posted (under end and sell similar) are posted now.

·2 weeks agoI called ebay and they said that the listings are "under review" and this is random. I figured this wasnt accurate. Do better Ebay your causing peoples businesses and your own pockets to flounder.

·2 weeks ago@devon@ebay is ebay looking into this problem for all sellers? I am also having an issue as new listings are not showing in the active listing page despite saying the listing went live. I also have not received confirmation emails, like I usually do.

Hey @2funtreasures ! Our Product team is aware that the issue of seller's ended listings, newly listed listings and relisted listings are not showing in active listing page or draft listings page or in inactive section. There is an open ticket under ALERT17029 and they are working on a solution asap.

Every day it is another "glitch" on GlitchBay.

·2 weeks agoGoing forward, if you create a listing, you can save for later (draft). It does show up there. Just list when everything is functioning again.

·2 weeks agoMine are not showing up either copied all the eBay item numbers as I'm going along. I would assume they will eventually show up. I'm just glad I'm not the only one. Was going crazy trying to find help!

·2 weeks agoHaving the same issue. Just listed items but not showing up at all (like they're ghost listings). Guess it's an eBay technical glitch today. Frustrating when you want to get work done. Glad I'm not alone, but not happy we are dealing with this. I empathize with other sellers paying for store subscriptions. Hopefully they get it resolved soon.

·2 weeks agoThis is what happens when ebay moved all the tech and customer service jobs to India and let AI handle problems. A lot of technical problems here that were easily resolved before. Even the performance matrics are severely messed up now. Even when appealed with proof, they ignore solid proof. Before they let AI handle performance appeals, a real person would get involved and look at the proof and approve the appeal. eBay sucks for sellers. Now I cannot list my items and nobody seems to be working on it.

·2 weeks agoSame issue for me. I listed 2 items around 9:30am eastern time, neither has shown up in my listings or in any search results. Tried checking on the desktop and in the mobile app. Sales of existing items that I listed yesterday are going coming through. So, whatever the issue is, it does not seem to impact sales working for existing items.

·2 weeks agoSame thing happening here. I guess we shouldn't list or end any items until they fix the latest bug. I swear, for such a big company, the technical issues daily are absurd. REHIRE the technica team ffs.

·2 weeks agoI posted a separate post on a slightly different issue on the technical board- ending and selling similar is not working either. If you end listings and relist them many of them will not show back up. There MAY be a delay. I am hoping I get back a lot of listings today.

·2 weeks agoI have spent 4 hours putting in new listings in my ebay store. when I clicked list it, it says ebay listing is live. Never got the confirmation Email and the listings are not showing in my active listings. They all just disappeared I wasted a ton of time and Ebay is broken and not listing my items. Why is ebay not fixing this huge problem for sellers? How can I sell when they items are not being listed? I pay a lot of money for an eBay store and I need these items sold ASAP

·2 weeks agoAnd we keep paying for this and the eBay mgmt team never knows anything but the record share prices and bonuses. There are just too many other markets available and sellers need to stand up to ebay...but how can we get them to recognize our struggles they never see???

·2 weeks agoMisery loves company. Heh. Same here. I noticed it after I had listed four items (although oddly, one of them went through.) I even tried to do one over again . Got the 'yup, it's live' message so now I have to make sure I don't have a double listing if they do show up, since I'm sure I didn't do it word-for-word. Normally they show up in my personal listings immediately. Must be a glitch on their end. (They were normal stuff. Nothing that would raise any issues.) Always like to hear I'm not alone. For now, I am just tossing everything into drafts and hoping eBay straightens itself out.
