Why am I being charged again for an cancelled order by the seller?
Hello,
I purchased a car part and the seller told me that they cannot ship it to my location and they offered me a refund which i accepted. The order got refund status and says it will take 3-5 working days to process. But this morning i got pending charge on my credit card for the same amount.
The payment for the order is still pending, and now while the order is in refund status i got charged the same amount again in which again the payment is still pending.
Is this regular refund stuff? Hopefully i will get the both charges back in my account

·2 years agoThe first transaction is probably a hold put on the funds.
When the payment is complete, the hold will be be removed.
Depending on how you paid, the refund should show up in a few days/weeks.
