Weekly Payout Report Not Downloading
Have cleared all Cache Data in browser and re-started desktop but Weekly Payout Report is just showing loading which has been over 35 minutes.

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.

·1 year agoJust spoke to eBay and they said they are aware of the issue. I asked if they would post updates on the technical issues thread, and I was told that they will not be doing that, but to try again in an hour.

·1 year agoMay I kindly follow up to learn whether there has been any progress, as I am still unable to generate the reports and several requests remain in the queue.
