Was just live chatting with Ebay customer service but now there's no option to?
I had recently been live chatting with Ebay customer service about an issue, but now when I go to there's only options to call. Previously, the prior conversation would show up from the session before, so it made it easy to track issues over multiple days. But now there's no live chat option. Just call option.

Customer service...it's more like they read from a script like in a play after the play.
