Volume Pricing Glitch
During the last week of August I scheduled a Volume Pricing Discount to take effect 1Se 2026. To date, it has not showed up on my Store Front Page. Als, I paused a volume Discount Promotion for one of my categories, and it has yes to drop off. I've contacted eBay customer support several times with this issue and NO-ONE can give me a estimated time frame for this to be corrected.
I was told it is a site-wide problem. Why aren't buyers notified? I want to increase sales in my store and hopefully get some exposure, but how can I do this if your system isn't working and no-one is telling us about it? Where is buyer support??
I was told today that if a customer puts something in their cart, there is a little blurp, "If you purchase more, you can get a larger discount". Why doesn't that show up on my store front? Instead I am advertising a discount that doesn't exist. How is that helping me??
While I'm at it.....Does eBay even listen or read "suggestions"from the field? Do they ever respond to those who submit suggestions?
As a seller, I feel completely disconnected from the people who actually run eBay or any of their departments. For sellers, there is no place they can go to actually talk to someone above a floor supervisor...and even then, it's like pulling hen's teeth to get someone in charge.
I'm a 20 year veteran of eBay and feel completely disconnected from anyone that makes decisions. I feel for the people who answer the phones, because they can't actually help someone with a complicated problem....and the person who has a complicated problem is basically on their own, because they can't get the help they need.
