videos not playing on pc/tablet browsers

Hi,

Since Tuesday, January 14, 2025 I have not been able to play my videos in my listings on web browser using a pc or tablet. The video states: error playing video please try restarting the video or check your internet connection.

Videos only play in the ebay app.

I first noticed the problem on Thursday, January 9th but it only lasted a few minutes.

I have also looked at other sellers listing with videos and their videos are also not playing on a pc or tablet web browser.

This needs to be brought to the attention of the technical department quickly so they can resolve this issue so the sellers have videos working on their listings.
