Variation listings repopulating themselves.

I just received an order this morning from a variation listing and It was for card I had sold 3 weeks ago from the same buyer. The original order was lost by USPS and the buyer opened a Item not received case for them. I refunded the buyer and had the case closed. Then somehow the cards were relisted in the listing and he bought them again. I have not done anything to that listing in over a year. Please see screen shot. In the last couple of weeks I have had several problems with variation listings repopulating themselves. Is there any way to contact ebay to get this resolved?
