I’m reaching out regarding a technical glitch that’s been affecting my account for over a month. I’m unable to list any items due to a red banner saying “payouts are on hold,†even though multiple support reps have confirmed my account is verified and in perfect standing.
This issue has been escalated several times (SR# 1-498779981360), but I’ve received no resolution so far. Each time, I’m told it’s a known technical bug, yet the restriction remains.
Please have a technical escalation specialist review this urgently I’ve already missed weeks of selling during Q4. Any update or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
