Upload pictures from mobile not working multiple days
When I click to upload pictures through mobile, the app just continually spins and never allows me to add a photo. But somehow also deletes information entered into the listing like the title and description. When I save a listing as a draft on the web, and then try to pick it up on the app instead, it makes me go through all the screens now before I can get to add photos. And then when I go back to it on the web, my pictures will be there but again half of he listing details have disappeared.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times. I am not a new seller. This process used to be relatively easy - what is happening with app? I'm using a iPhone.
And while I'm here - why can't we add videos from the app?
