Undo a refund after item arrives late and buyer wants to keep it
I shipped a 2 day priority package that arrived nearly 3 weeks after shipping. The buyer requested a refund which I honored. The buyer and I communicated and he decided to keep it. I could no longer send an invoice after refunding. Finaly we agreed I would relist so he could buy it again. That caused a problem. I used the tracking number for the delivered package as the tracking number for the new purchase since he already had the package. Now ebay shows it shipped but not delivered. Now funds will not be released. A simple button to click to request a return of a refund from a buyer for this scenario would be great!

·2 years agoshould of used local pickup. I had a simalar thing happen and the buyer wanted to pay so i relisted with local pickup.
