Unable to view "Seller's other items."
When I click on "Seller's other items" I then get a dialog box saying "Save your favorite seller and stay connected." The "I am not interested" or "Save Seller" box don't respond along with the "X" to close the box. This is extremely annoying as one can not view the sellers other merchandise.

·1 year agoI saw the same pop up and was able to X out of it without issue @kliczdc . I echo eburtonlab's advice to try using a different browser.

·1 year agoIf the "save seller" dialog box is not working, eBay should fix it or remove it. If possible, report the issue on the page you encountered it using the feedback/comment/"?" icon in the lower right corner of the store or profile page.
In the mean time, there should be alternative links to view a seller's items that can be used to get around the dialog box.
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. In the past, some similar dialog box issues have been gotten around by permanently dismissing it in another browser, then returning to the original browser.
I have not been able to recreate the issue in my browser or to see that dialog box, but a possible alternative would be: after using the "seller's other items" link in a listing to get to the store or profile page, scroll to the bottom of the page and use the "See All" link, if it appears.
If that does not work, it is also possible to search for a seller's items for sale by username on the Advanced Search page.
