Unable to upload photos to appeal a case
This is a serious case involving the credibility of my business, my reputation and integrity and I am “unable to upload photos?!â€
If this issue was not already horrible enough, I had eBay’s 3rd party authentication services reject my item for “not looking real†without them verifying the serial number inside the bag and I can’t even submit my photos of the bag to support my claim?? This is ridiculous, and I am happy I discovered early in the game that eBay’s authentication services are incompetent before I buy/sell any luxury bags on the platform.
