Unable to upload or edit photos on new listings from desktop | Report eBay Technical Issues

As of Saturday, 6-13-26, I have been unable to upload photos for new listings from my desktop. It appears to upload but nothing is there. Once in awhile one photo will show but will not save. I can't even edit photos on existing listings from my desktop. I spoke to an agent on Saturday and he was unable to find the problem so he said he was opening a technical ticket for it. The only way I can list anything is to do a draft and then upload the photos from my phone. I don't see very well on my phone so this is really frustrating. Is there any way to check to see if an actual ticket was put in for this problem?
