Unable to update new payment card

Unable to update new payment card on eBay, it does not open the function when you click on add new card and account using a Mac laptop.

Why is this eBay function not working?

Have restarted computer several times.

Changed password.

How can I purchase as old card no longer in use?

Help anyone... especially any eBay personnel???

Yes tried Google Chrome but would have had to make a new account, so just stayed with Mac browser Safari

No, you wouldn't need to make a new account, just use your Ebay log in information.

On Google Chrome it does look like it will allow the option to add new payment card etc

Thanks for the suggestion.

If anyone has tried other browsers/methods and found them to work then please share info to help others.

Gonna say, try a different browser and see if that helps, but looks like you got it taken care of.

Less than zero help from eBay...

... anyway

I added a new payment card/account using mobile iphone & able to delete payment cards no longer used or needed.

Once done it then also showed the update on the Mac laptop as well.

The Mac browser Safari was used.
