Unable to send offers
I am trying to submit an offer for an item but I keep getting an error which states “We are unable to send your message at this time†with the error code {e178411-1230063x}. I have tried to submit offers on other items as well and the error still appears. Not sure how to resolve this so any help is appreciated, thanks.

It appears you have just created a new eBay account and you have also just updated your user ID.
If this is the account you are using to send offers, be sure you have finished completing your setup and you have linked a payment method to your account for purchases. Then sign out of eBay completely and sign back in to ensure that your new user ID has propagated fully throughout the site.
Because the account is new, there may be limits on the amount of bids and offers you can make until you have had some successful transactions.

·3 years agoThis has been an issues on ebay for two weeks plus now. I have customers who cannot sent offers, it errors our when I try to accept offer and it will error out when sending offer to watchers.
