Unable to report item I purchased as Not received
I am having issues with reporting an item not received. Ebay keeps looping me back to the same page that does not have an option to report the item not received. Its not a cookie thing. I do know my away around ebay but it seems like their site is an endless loop to dead end useless pages. Anyone else having issues with either the desktop or android version of the ebay app?

OP6 months agoThe ebay website keeps routing me to the tracking page but the item has yet to track. We ordered it on the 19th of February. My issue is more with ebay's website not working properly. Its happening on my android more than anywhere. Just constant error alerts at the top of the app that says please close app and try again. Its been happening for about 2 weeks.
